Sisters Housing Sisters Sistering has recently added housing to our list of services. Although we have been in partnership with Fred Victor Centre in the Hostels to Homes project for a number of years, we had not been able to offer actual housing units reserved for Sistering participants, until now. In partnership with Houselink and funded through the Ministry of Health, Sistering has added one house for 9 adult single women in High Park and a smaller house for 3 adult women and their children in Parkdale. Both houses are long term and permanent housing, not boarding homes or hostels. We are very proud of this development at Sistering and plan to expand our housing program in the future! |
